The building that now houses the lodge was built by Sidney Thomas some thirty years ago and was then his family’s home. Now, remodeled and repaired, Sidney and Ketta live on one side of the lodge and the other half sleeps up to six anglers in three bedrooms, with two baths. A lounge/dining area offers an indoor place to relax while an outdoor kitchen provides an authentic Bahamian experience. Food is prepared (both indoors and out) and served by Ketta. The home is air-conditioned throughout. Although this lodge may not be fancy, it is clean, comfortable and cozy, providing plenty of amenities for the hardcore angler.
